Background

INGENS Consulting was established in Ireland in 2018 and builds on professional experience developed across more than three decades of business activity, advisory work and structured problem solving.

The founder began his professional career in 1993 as a co-founder of Abakus, an advertising company focused on marketing and promotional services.

In 2003 he established Ingens, a claims advisory office in Poland supporting clients in post-accident compensation cases. The activity was later continued under BPK Marketing until 2006.

These earlier ventures developed practical expertise in communication, documentation analysis, client advisory and structured case evaluation — foundations that later evolved into the consulting approach used by INGENS.

Practice evolution

The professional background behind INGENS Consulting developed across several stages of business and advisory activity.

Early entrepreneurial work in marketing and communication during the 1990s developed practical business exposure and client-facing experience.

This was followed by advisory work related to case analysis and compensation matters in the early 2000s, where structured documentation review and analytical evaluation became central elements of the work.

Over time these experiences evolved into a consulting approach focused on structured problem solving, operational clarity and decision-layer support — the foundation on which INGENS Consulting was established in Ireland in 2018.

Operational capabilities

Over the years the practice has been exposed to a wide range of operational environments, combining structured analysis with practical execution across business, technical and organizational contexts.

Founder and lead consultant

INGENS is led by Piotr Kacperek, whose background combines industrial engineering, business operations, advisory work and structured problem solving developed across multiple business environments.

His work has included entrepreneurial activity, case-based advisory practice, operational support and later consulting focused on decision clarity, process improvement and risk-aware execution.

This combination of engineering logic, analytical discipline and practical business exposure shapes the way INGENS approaches client situations today.

Practice structure

INGENS operates as an independent consulting practice with direct lead involvement and access to associated specialists where specialist depth is required.

This structure keeps engagements focused, commercially proportionate and aligned with the real scope of the problem.

It also allows the practice to combine structured advisory work with selected technical, analytical or legal input when a project requires it.

Associated specialists

Depending on project scope, INGENS may involve trusted collaborators in areas such as cybersecurity, data-related work and structured legal support.

Specialist involvement is introduced where it adds practical value to the engagement, rather than as a default layer of delivery.

Public profiles of selected collaborators may be added over time where relevant and where publication has been agreed.
