For first contact, we recommend sharing only minimal data (e.g. name and email). If cooperation is established, further communication and document exchange may be carried out via encrypted email, secure collaboration platforms, or dedicated secure environments.
5. Data Recipients
Your data may be processed by service providers supporting our operations, in particular:
- hosting and email provider (CyberFolks),
- IT infrastructure providers.
These entities act as data processors.
6. International Transfers (EEA / UK)
As a rule, data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If such transfers occur, they will be carried out in compliance with applicable law, including on the basis of adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We retain personal data:
- for the duration of correspondence,
- during cooperation,
- up to 24 months after the last contact (unless a longer period is required by law).
Server logs are retained in line with the hosting provider’s policy.

- lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority.
